This is a PR video for a not so major tourist attraction called Yanagawa. But it is entertaining with great quality.
There are probably not that many people in Japan who immediately recognize the place when they hear the word “Yanagawa.
This video was made for them. It is a great way to see a city full of traditional charm and makes you want to visit.
It was made before the pandemic broke out, and the people are very lively and energetic.
The Sagemon Girls who serve as guides are really cute.
“Sagemon” is a traditional decoration in Yanagawa.
The Sagemon Hina Festival is held from February to April, when the town is decorated with colorful sagemon.
It is one of the places I would love to visit once the pandemic is over.
